Kim Kardashian was tied up by gunmen dressed as police, in a luxury Paris apartment in the early hours of this morning and robbed of around 8 million euros worth of jewellery. She was in town for the fashion shows and has since left France. Horrible experience and her security will no doubt be getting a sharp boot.
What’s showing most clearly on her chart is her Secondary Progressed Mars almost exactly square her Saturn (within 10 minutes which is a sixth of a degree). That is accident-prone, can be life-threatening and is certainly a huge setback. Tr Saturn has been conjunct her Mars in Sagittarius earlier this year, which can also attract destructive energies; and is heading for her Ascendant by mid this month. Tr Pluto is sextile her Mars/Pluto exactly now which is minor but high-risk. Her Solar Arc Venus is also conjunct her trapped Sun/Pluto midpoint so emotionally intense.
Given that mishaps/disasters tend to come in cycles – or one cataclysm is a harbinger of a run of bad luck, she does have trying times over the next few years. Tr Saturn into her lower-profile 1st quadrant from this April for several years may gradually persuade her to be less visible. Her Solar Arc Sun is conjunct her Mars in 2018 which is a collision of sorts; at the same time as she has an undermining Solar Arc Neptune square her Sun; followed in 2019 by a jolting, high-tension Solar Arc Uranus square her Saturn.
I would marginally worry about her finances. I can’t think she’ll be short of a dollar or two but tr Pluto is now moving through her 2nd to be joined by tr Saturn from 2018. So there could be some major shift in her money situation.
PS. Other thought. This month does have what are euphemistically described as challenging influences. First Sun Pluto Uranus; then as tr Mars in Capricorn draws to exact in the second half of the month a conjunction to Pluto and square Uranus. These usually trigger early and are dangerous for some, and thoroughly frustrating and bad-tempered in general. So out in the world there’s likely to be more mayhem, murder and disruptions or upsetting incidents. A time to take greater care all round. [See Heavenly Headlines]

Additional thought on the KK attack. Why was she allowed to leave the country within a few hours? Normally the French judicial and prosecutorial system is pretty rigorous and would involve several days of questioning. The whole thing does get iffier and iffier.
Marjorie, you make an interesting point about the challenging influences of this month. Some of us have been feeling a shift in our lives now for sometime where nothing goes as planned. Is there something significant about the alignment of planets this year and before? I know we’ve all had Saturn square Neptune which is not helpful but there seem to be other influences around that keep stalling any kind of progress and making us stop and reassess where we are and where we’re going, almost as if to shift us onto another path. I’m just wondering if this is meant to be a phase of transformation?
I keep looking to see if there have been similar planetary alignments before in history that shift us all into a new period in our lives. It would be great to have your thoughts and expert knowledge on this if you have time.
Julie, I suspect it’s a combination of things. 1) The Uranus Pluto square is coming to an end, which is about transformation of a sort. It has been rolling upheaval and disruption since 2012. Sometimes it’s only at the end that you get the most significant effects. 2) Saturn square Neptune this year has been a swamp which will certainly stall progress – and clear thinking. 3. The Virgo September Eclipse was about coming down to earth to face reality and that can certainly shift people away from delusional dreams and unrealistic plans onto a different, more sensible (and less exciting) path.

I would like to know if you can see if she will ever vanish from the media.You have said that she’ll have a lower profile coming up but will it ever be over for her? Joss, I think she’ll subside somewhat in coming years and go through a series of major hiccups. But I doubt she’ll disappear for ever with Jupiter on her Midheaven – that usually means they become respected in the community in their later years. Not sure how this is going to work with her.
Setting this up as a publicity stunt would be v risky. The French gendarmerie tend not to have a sense of humour, very militaire. But it seems extraordinary to be as blatant as she is and then live somewhere with one concierge and no private armed security in the apartment – I’d have a battalion of them, not just one. In this case none?? It certainly seems bizarre. I’d wonder if the insurance company wouldn’t be asking probing questions about any payout. Normally with that kind of jewellery there are stringent conditions. You leave it lying around, it’s at your own risk.
It is such a shame that because of the lifestyle/behaviours of Kim and gang, people are very cynical about what has happened and airing views about what does not add up. I feel so sorry for her but it was never a wise idea to constantly flaunt your wealth on social media and practically make yourself a mark. Also, some say it is a woman’s perogative and right to walk around in public literally naked but society on a whole is just not set up that way ….. yet….. with that way of thinking and there are some sick and twisted people out there. So if the ordinary fully dressed woman worries about rape at times, how terrified must she have been when it is being reported that she said her greatest fear was of being raped when they grabbed her, given that everyone has seen everything except ……
I do wish her all the very best as she heals from this trauma for herself, her children and family but I do think Kim will be doing some very hard thinking about her life and what really matters going forward and this could be the universe’s cruel way of getting her to that place. Sometimes enough is enough.

Regarding Kim Kardashian-In 2000, my husband and I were staying at the Ritz in Paris. When we came back from an outing. there was a man sleeping on our bed that was not supposed to be there. So much for hotel security.
