The Sun is in light, bright, chatty Gemini till the 21st and Mars makes no assaults on outer planets, so it should be a relatively amiable month. Gemini multi-tasks like mad, does have a darker side but usually never stays there long, opting instead for variety, choice and constant movement. Mercury will magnify those tendencies sitting in its own sign as well until the 12th, so keeping scattered wits collected won’t be easy. Happily Venus in home-loving Cancer till the 13th will bring some respite in family indulgence and fun entertaining.
A lack-lustre, dreamy, vague square to Neptune on the 13th is the only aspect the Sun makes, otherwise life will pitter patter on enjoyably. Social high-jinks will be added to the mix from the 14th with Venus in flamboyant Leo which is never shy about declaring feelings or hiding out of sight.
In the final ten days the self-protective, emotionally-sensitive Cancer Sun picks up for four weeks. Although reputed to be good at baking apple-pies and darning socks, in reality it’s a creative sign with initiative and ambition. But always rooted in a secure family life. There will be a down moment or two around the 27th with Saturn in play; and certain projects will drag their heels with Mars going retrograde till late August.
